GTABase's image of it shows a man aiming a green-tinted AR-style rifle from a rooftop, a night skyline behind him.

GTABase links it to the Service Carbine in GTA Online, so the weapon is not new to the series, only its name is. A second Duke Arms rifle, the AR-15 Carbine, sits beside it in the same class.
