9 throwables have turned up for GTA 6 so far, 3 of them in official Rockstar material. The other 6 come only from leaked footage and are listed separately below.

The Fire Bottle is listed by GTABase from the September 2022 leak, and Rockstar has not shown it. GTABase files it as a throwable that cannot be customized. It also counts it as new to the series, even though it lists the Molotov separately as a returning weapon.

The Flashbang is a throwable that GTABase lists from the September 2022 leak. Rockstar has not shown it. GTABase marks it new to the series, since no earlier GTA game lists one, and says it cannot be customized. GTABase has no stats for it either.

The Golf Ball is a throwable that GTABase lists from the September 2022 leak, and Rockstar has not shown it. GTABase connects it to the item called Ball in Grand Theft Auto V and says it cannot be customized. Beyond that, nothing is on record: no image, no stats.

Grenade

Based on the M61 Grenade

The Grenade is a throwable that GTABase lists from the September 2022 leak, and Rockstar has not shown it. GTABase matches it to the M61 fragmentation grenade and says it cannot be customized. The weapon has the same name in GTA V, IV, San Andreas, Vice City and GTA 3.

Hawk & Little Smoke Grenade

Based on the M18 Smoke Grenade

The Hawk & Little Smoke Grenade comes from the September 2022 leak, and Rockstar has not shown it. GTABase lists Hawk & Little as the maker and the M18 Smoke Grenade as the real model. Earlier games filed the closest weapon as Tear Gas: GTA V, San Andreas and Vice City. It cannot be customized.
